A Word About E-mail Contacts   E-mail can be a fun and cost-effective way to communicate. On the other hand, answering frivolous e-mail contacts can be a colossal drain of a very valuable resource: TIME.

If you are making a legitimate inquiry as to our services, or about a particular product we sell, we will be happy to respond within the following guidelines. Identify the geographic area you live in and the reason for your inquiry. Also include a phone number and a good time to contact you so that we can at our discretion, e-mail or call you with a follow-up response. If you do not include your geographic area and phone number your e-mail will be promptly deleted.

Our reasoning for this is to not waste time in cyberspace answering non-serious inquiries, and to respect our suppliers and their dealers' geographic agreements. Many of our suppliers have very specific guidelines for product sales and distribution. We respect such policies, and highly regard the time and effort good dealers give their clientele.
